1. About This Privacy Policy and Our Services

This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Website and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Website (whether through an advertisement, service, or content link) or any website of Wealth-X's partners, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy.

Even if you do not register with Wealth-X, we collect Non-Personal information about your use of our Website.

A. Cookies

We use "cookies" to customize your experience on the Website and, if you create a password, to store your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Website. Personal Information includes Contact Data (such as your e-mail address, phone number and password). C. Market Research

From time to time the Wealth-X market research department, or its operations contractors acting on its behalf, may conduct online research in order to gather feedback about our site and our sponsors through email invitations, pop-up surveys and online focus groups. When participating in a survey, we may ask you to submit Personal Information. This Personal Information is used for research purposes, and is not used for sales solicitations. When a survey is sponsored by a third party, aggregate information of the survey results is reported to the sponsor. Personal Information collected through market research will be used only by Wealth-X and its service providers and contractors and will not be given or sold to a third party without your consent or as otherwise permitted by this Privacy Policy. 4. Wealth-X Use of your Information

In accordance with Section 3B, we may use your contact data to send you information about Wealth-X or our products or Services, to contact you when necessary and in conjunction with your use of certain Services. We may use your Traffic Data to customise and tailor your experience on the Website, in emails and in other communications displaying content that we think you might be interested in and according to your preferences.

5. Information Collected by Third Parties Not Acting on Behalf of Wealth-X

Certain content and Services offered to you through our Website are served on websites hosted and operated by a company other than Wealth-X ("Third Party Contractor Websites"). Additional users will result in additional fees. It is expressly understood by you that the licence fee is based on the permitted use(s) under these Terms of Use and you shall inform Wealth-X of any changes requiring the payment of new or additional licence fees. 2. PERMITTED USERS

The obligations of confidentiality contained in this Section shall not apply to information which: i. is publicly known at the time of disclosure; ii. is already in your possession at the time of disclosure; iii. becomes known to you through disclosure by other sources without such sources violating any confidentiality obligation to Wealth-X; or iv. is independently developed by you without reference to information from Wealth-X or the Website. Notwithstanding anything in this Section, you are not prohibited from disclosing confidential information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2. You agree not to use any of the Licensed Materials or any part of the data contained therein for the purpose of creating any form of competing list, directory, database, report or  service whether for internal or external use, nor may you mass export any of the data obtained as a result of your use of the Website, without written approval from Wealth-X. This Section 4 shall survive termination of your use of the Website.
3. Wealth-X shall not disclose to a third party any confidential and/or sensitive information about your business (including your access of the Website) or about any third party with whom you do business that you disclose to Wealth-X or that becomes known to Wealth-X through your use of the Website ("Client Information"). 11. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Website is controlled and operated by Wealth-X from Singapore, regardless of where its servers may be located, from time to time. You agree that any dispute relating to or arising under the Terms of Use or arising out of or related to your use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively by Singapore courts, applying Singapore law, without reference to any principles of conflicts of law under Singapore law. By your use of this Website, you waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts for purposes of resolving these disputes.
Although the Website may be available worldwide, you understand and agree that the law of your home jurisdiction may provide protections not provided in Singapore, and that by visiting the Website, you unequivocally and unambiguously agree to submit and adjudicate any disputes which arise out of such use pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in this Choice of Law and Jurisdiction clause.
