Just over two months after putting it on the market for $24 million, veteran news anchor Diane Sawyer has sold her beachfront estate on Martha’s Vineyard.
Investor David Malm bought the property for $23.9 million, according to records and people familiar with the deal. Malm has amassed a portfolio of luxury homes on the Massachusetts island and neighboring Nantucket.
