A Los Angeles home near the Playboy Mansion has sold for $34 million, according to listing agent Zac Mostame of Carolwood Estates.
The six-bedroom, roughly 15,000-square-foot home in Holmby Hills first listed for $49.5 million in 2019, and most recently asked $39.995 million in August, according to Zillow.
The seller is real-estate investor Saeed Farkhondehpour, who bought the property in a trust for about $4.5 million in 2002, according to property records. Around 2013, he tore down an existing home on the site and built a new one, completing it around 2019.
