A ski-in, ski-out mansion in Aspen, Colo., has sold for $76 million, according to the seller, real-estate developer Leathem Stearn.
The deal is a record for the tony Colorado ski destination, besting a 2021 sale for $72.5 million, according to real-estate appraiser Jonathan Miller.
The buyer is a limited liability company tied to Florida car-dealership owner Terry Taylor, who recently listed an Aspen compound for $105 million, records show. Stearn said he built the Ute Avenue house as a personal residence before listing it for $75 million in 2020.
