An entity tied to Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen has paid $9.1 million for a home in South Florida, according to the listing agents.
The home in Southwest Ranches sits on about 7.5 acres with a full-size soccer pitch, two equestrian rings and a sports court, said listing agent Chad Bishop of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, who marketed the property with colleague Saddy Abaunza Delgado.
Bündchen didn’t respond to a request for comment. Bishop said the buyer of the property is Flamboyant Tree LLC, an entity tied to the supermodel, who has two children with NFL star Tom Brady. Bishop said she plans to have horses, chickens and other farm animals. “They will make it a real animal-friendly property,” he said.
