Comcast CEO Brian Roberts has sold his Beverly Hills, Calif., home for $20.1 million in an off-market deal, according to people familiar with the transaction.
The buyers are Bill and Maria Bell, art collectors who recently sold a Malibu mansion to Beyoncé and Jay-Z for about $200 million, Maria Bell confirmed.
Brian Roberts and his wife, Aileen Roberts, paid $11 million for the Beverly Hills property in 2016 and substantially restored the house, according to property records and people familiar with the property. A spokesperson for the Robertses declined to comment.
Built in the 1960s, the house was designed by John Elgin Woolf, an architect known for Hollywood Regency-style homes. Set on roughly half an acre, the home is about 4,000 square feet with three bedrooms, records show.
